Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Agent based in the UK to expand our B2B market and grow our brand presence. The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in sports communities, passionate about endurance sports, and skilled in building strong relationships with businesses and partners. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and representing Neversecond at events across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* B2B Sales & Account Management: Identify and develop relationships with retailers, gyms, coaching centers, clubs, and sports teams to expand Neversecond’s presence in the UK market.
* Event Representation: Attend and represent Neversecond at sporting events, trade shows, and brand activations to promote and sell our products.
* Networking & Community Engagement: Leverage existing networks within sports communities to drive brand awareness and sales.
* Market Research & Strategy: Provide insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, account activity, and customer needs to ensure continuous growth.
Requirements:
* Must be a UK resident with the ability to travel across the country.
* Strong background in sports, ideally endurance sports (cycling, running, triathlon, etc.).
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the sports or nutrition industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently while aligning with company goals.
* Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend events.
