Our client, a leading organisation in the food industry, is seeking a Ticketing Administrator to join their team in Orpington, London. With a focus on managing and overseeing the ticketing system, this temporary full-time role offers a unique opportunity for you to showcase your organisational skills and passion for customer service.
What you'll do:
🌟 Managing the inbox daily for new shelf labels
🌟 Printing labels and posting out to the sites on the same day
🌟 Keep track of ticket inventory, ensuring accurate counts, and coordinate with relevant departments to meet demand while minimising waste
🌟 Provide technical support for the ticketing system, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for customers and staff
What you bring:
🔸 Previous experience in administration and customer service is desirable
🔸 Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
🔸 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🔸 Proficiency in using ticketing systems and related software
