An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an inspirational team as a Seasonal Events Assistant. This is a temporary role to work from April to September through our Easter & Summer seasonal events.
The ideal candidates must be organised and focused and thrive on providing an excellent customer service experience.
Various shifts available, and must be available for weekend working, and during the week in the Easter & Summer holidays.
Events Assistant responsibilities:
* Work as part of a team as well as on own
* Ensure all customers attending the events are greeted and offered assistance
* Excellent time management skills
* Assisting in the setting up and clearing down of events
* Great communication skills, greeting all customers with a smile and creating a great experience
* Role requires being dressed as a character during some of the Summer events - costume provided.
* Ensure personal compliance with Whitehall Garden Centres H&S guidelines
