About the Role: Are you a seasoned Healthcare Regulatory Lawyer with a passion for leadership and a proven track record in fitness to practise cases? This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal senior role as Legal Director, overseeing a talented team within a dynamic and forward-thinking firm. You will also act as a key point of contact for clients, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
The Candidate: The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with significant experience in healthcare regulation and fitness to practise cases. You should be able to demonstrate proven management experience, with a talent for inspiring and developing high-performing teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, is essential.
