Cluster Manager North East
Location: Seal Sands with extensive travel within the region (must hold a valid driving licence).
About the role
To provide strong leadership to the operations team and oversee continuous development of the Regional cluster Operations team and assets in line with the Exolum’s values & strategic model.
Key responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership to the operations team and oversee continuous development of the North East Cluster Operations team. Champion improvement to the organisations processes and culture to continually improve leadership, communication and collaboration.
Work with and support other departments to maximise asset availability and minimise downtime without compromising safety, legislative or corporate and/or regional inspection and/or repair requirements.
Promote and enhance Exolum’s reputation, including cluster region with customers and key stakeholders.

About You:
A level standard in mathematics and science or practical equivalence. Health and Safety qualification at certificate level. Significant experience on a COMAH site. COMAH Emergency Response Training, Management of Safe Systems of Work & Permit to Work.
