BMS Engineer (Servicing & Commissioning)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

This company is looking to onboard new engineers to continue delivering excellence to their clients, which include Scottish Power, SSE, and Science Park Oxford.
In this field-based role, you will be diagnosing and commissioning BMS hardware and software systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting stages. You will conduct on-site inspections, maintenance tasks, and system upgrades on high-tech BMS systems. This role is suited to an experienced BMS engineer looking to develop their career in a role where progression is limitless.
The Role:
1. Carrying out commissioning of BMS systems
2. Load and commission system and network-level controllers
3. Coordinate and create necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation
4. The production of detailed reports including commissioning reports, test results, and as-fitted drawings
5. The integration of 3rd party systems into the BMS using Modbus, Mbus, or BACnet-enabled devices
The Person:
1. Experience in BMS Control systems
2. HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
3. Previous experience in creating/updating BMS software and graphics
4. Good working knowledge of BMS Industry standards protocols, BACnet, Modbus
