The IS Project Manager will work on key IS projects across the Kingspan Data & Flooring division. This will be a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where you will have oversight of projects in Europe, APAC and the Americas, with a direct reporting line to the Divisional IS Director. You will be responsible for understanding project scopes and deliverables, meeting strict deadlines and collaborating effectively with remote colleagues across different time zones. Key objectives in your role as Information Systems Project Manager include: Meeting with senior management and stakeholders to identify, define and agree project requirements, delivery timelines and costs. Successfully working with cross-functional teams to build and develop common PMO processes, tools, and project governance. Producing project documentation including proposals, business cases, project initiation documents, project plans, change assessments etc. Being accountable for the review of risk and issue registers, and for the provision of mitigation or remediation actions. Taking responsibility for the project budget and ensuring the project is delivered within budget. Communicating project updates in a timely manner across project teams, key stakeholders, impacted groups. Influencing and escalating issues to ensure project schedules and budgets are met. Developing integrated project plans, implementation schedules, resource and cost estimates. Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery. Accountability for the review of risk and issue registers, and for the provision of mitigation or remediation actions. Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management and other key stakeholders. Excellent leadership, customer and supplier relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders. Managing a range of different projects from third party software implementation, application development, to business change projects. Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s). Submitting project status reports to stakeholders; reviewing bugs, planning software releases, anticipating and reacting to change. Responsible for overseeing the project management deliverables, and those of the project team. Ensuring change management is in line with the Divisional and IT Manual, ensuring procedure documentation is up to date. Any other reasonable duties, as and when required. What do you need? You should: Hold PMP or Project Management Certifications. Have professional experience in a software/IT environment with business systems. Have project management experience managing projects mid-sized and large IT projects (i.e. £500k – £1m). Demonstrate a proven track record of problem solving. Hold advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, including Project, Visio, Excel and Word. Be able to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative yet fast-paced environment. Be a result-oriented and customer focused individual, who can drive stakeholder engagement. Have experience in working with 3rd party development partners. Be an articulate individual with good communication skills both verbal and written, who can relate to people at all levels of an organisation with a high level of confidence and interpersonal skills. Have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to plan effectively across multiple time zones. Be a self-starter with the ability to set own objectives and work effectively under pressure, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Have a flexible approach to travel.
