Looking for an exciting HR opportunity in the Social Care sector?
At Archway, we are evolving our People / HR function and with that, we are seeking a progressive and meticulous Employee Relations (ER) Advisor to provide support, direction and advice on all aspects of ER. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to provide high quality and consistent case management advice and support, including the development and delivery of associated training, and any other HR activity as required.
A post that plays a crucial role in the continuous development of the HR provision you will manage complex cases and enhance People practices, whilst promoting positive working relationships, and contributing to a fair and inclusive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, possess proficient IT skills and a working knowledge of HR software packages.
