About the Post
The post will be at the heart of the administrative apprenticeship team and provide critical dedicated and efficient administrative support for apprenticeship programmes. This is a key role reporting to the Director of Apprenticeships working alongside a number of key internal and external stakeholders, to underpin the ongoing successful recruitment, delivery, completion and achievement of our apprenticeship programmes. There are a wide range of opportunities for staff to progress in their career across the organisation.
About the Team
The team is an established team who are very passionate about apprenticeship programmes and have achieved a great deal over the last 3 years. The University is on a journey to become an Ofsted ‘outstanding’ provider and has a clear 5-year growth plan. The University has just successfully won a bid for £422k to accelerate its growth plan and double its apprenticeship numbers in the next 2 years.
About You
If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact on the apprenticeship learners’ journey and would like to join a successful team who continually strive to ensure our apprentices receive an exceptional experience at the university, then this role is for you.
We are looking for an administrator who has a flexible approach to work, enjoys communicating with internal and external stakeholders, has experience of writing minutes of meetings, typing high level reports and working with academic teams to ensure the onboarding of apprentices is organised and planned ensuring apprentices receive a good experience from the onset.
