Your future, your roleAs a Clinical Digital Experience Manager, you’ll be:
Delivering business benefit by managing a portfolio of digital healthcare products and supporting their use in practice to drive improved patient and clinical pathways.Managing medical technologies including: Xray AI, Lab Software, CBCT, OPG, CEPH, MicroscopesStructuring, planning and sequencing the technical projects in line with business objectives and other strategic pillars Developing clinical workflows and delivering clinician training to proliferate the workflows across the businessMaintaining and developing relevant business cases for the various Clinical Digital projects
You will need:
* Hardware product management experience, ideally in healthcare, retail or other multi-site organisations
* Demonstrable experience of managing budgets and planning, monitoring and reporting on project progress
* Previous experience working in dental industry, particularly labs or dental supply chain preferred but not essential
* Customer service oriented, with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence, negotiate and manage potential conflict effectively
