Summary We’re looking for a Service Assistant to join us at Seaton Delaval Hall to help in supporting the property throughout our visitor operations. Hours/working pattern: This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll work 592 hours per year and on average, you'll work 2 days per week but again, this will be flexible depending on operational demand. What you'll be doing As a Service Assistant you'll work across several visitor areas, helping different departments deliver high-quality customer service. You'll play an important role in supporting various property teams in greeting and helping our visitors. You can expect to meet lots of different people and help in various visitor areas. As the public face of our property, you'll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit around several areas of site. From assisting with welcome and admissions, car park support, welcoming everyone into our historic buildings, discussing the history of the property, and sharing our stories and spirit of place. Most importantly you'll be talking to people, answering any questions they have to make sure they can find everything they need to enjoy their visit. Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide.
