Assist with classroom activities, ensuring a safe, engaging, and positive learning space. Provide personal care, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene support when necessary. Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of classroom teachers. Cultivate a nurturing and supportive atmosphere to enhance student engagement and participation. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver holistic care and education. What They're Looking For: Experience with children with special educational needs is a plus, but not essential-the SLT value your dedication and passion above all. Ability to manage and respond positively to challenging behaviour. Willingness to provide personal care as needed. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for our location and potential off-site activities. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
