Our client is a well established business who due to an increase in work load and growth are looking to recruit another administrator to join their small team of 5.
The company would require you in the office with hours of 9-5pm (Monday to Thursday) with a 4 pm finish on Friday, 25 days holiday, healthcare package and pension.
Once you have been in the business past probation, flexi hours is something they would consider.
They are a busy department and looking for a friendly person to join there team on a permanent basis.
Main duties:
* Managing and load all new Project on to the CRM
* Managing all new projects from start to finish, assigning updates and processing tasks
* Raising orders and purchase orders and packing lists
* Updating shipping status
* Updating packing lists, delivery notes and warranty agreements
* Deal with service enquiries
* Produce risk assessments and method statements
* Produce ah-hoc and repair quotations Liaise with suppliers for parts
* Raise purchase orders
* booking services to meet the client’s needs and expectations.
* Manage all service telephones and emails.
* Efficiently manage customer communication through repairs with timely progress updates and gaining authorisation for additional work.
* Producing reports as required by clients and ensure all KPI’s are met
