Are you an experienced administrator that has excellent people skills as well as an eye for detail and can complete the job from start to finish? Wythenshawe Community Housing Group are advertising an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Lettings Assistant role, within the Garden City Homes (GCH) team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in being able to deliver fast, effective and efficient quality work whilst simultaneously providing fantastic customer service.
Responsibilities
1. Delivering the RTA/RTB administration process from initial enquiry through to completion.
2. Experience of effectively dealing with customer enquiries on the phone, face to face and via email/social media to offer advice.
3. Responding to all enquiries from customers, solicitors, valuers and mortgage lenders.
The successful candidate will have strong IT and systems skills, a professional approach together with the ability to work effectively within a team and to deliver high levels of customer services. A strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in order to meet deadlines is required for this role.
Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate will hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
