About the Role and You:
The Financial Controller at Brillband reports directly into the CEO. Working closely with our Senior Leadership, you will have the opportunity to shape our financial processes and contribute to our strategic direction.
We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and VAT returns
* Manage working capital and treasury
* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
* Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
* Provide insights and analysis to support business decision-making
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial efficiency and controls around spend.
