Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting set up of function rooms & tables, ensuring that the 5 star standard is met at all times
2. Serving food & drinks to our guests
3. Be knowledgeable on our food & drink offering to make appropriate recommendations to our guests
4. Ensure areas are tidy and well kept
5. Effectively communicating with the bar & kitchen teams to ensure every service runs seamlessly
