What you will do in your working day
Main Responsibilities:
* Telephony – excellent professional telephone manner required
* Scanning – attention to detail, methodical
* Franking outgoing post
* Preparing and clearing meeting-rooms
* Managing supplies and ordering stationery
* Able to work in a busy team of two and manage Reception in colleagues’ absence
* Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
* Greeting visitors – personable, professional, empathic
* Other administrative tasks as required, full training provided.
