About the Role:
As the Head of E–commerce, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our beauty brand's online presence. You will oversee all aspects of our e–commerce operations, from website development and optimisation to marketing and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive e–commerce strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
* Manage and optimise our online store, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
* Oversee website development and maintenance, including user interface, functionality, and performance.
* Lead e–commerce marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
* Analyse website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Manage e–commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
* Collaborate with cross–functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
* Stay up–to–date on industry trends and best practices in e–commerce.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in e–commerce management.
* Proven track record of driving online sales growth.
* Strong understanding of e–commerce platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
* Excellent analytical and problem–solving skills.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast–paced environment.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the beauty industry.
* Knowledge of digital analytics tools.
* Experience with CRM systems.
Salary: 100,000 per year
