What you’ll be doing
* Provide outstanding support to our customers via phone, email, LiveChat, and online portals.
* Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
* Collaborate with colleagues across teams to find the best solutions.
* Spot opportunities to improve customer experiences and suggest ways to make things better.
* Work in a high-performing, supportive team where learning and growth are encouraged.
What do you need to be great at this role?
* A passion for delivering great customer service – no experience needed, just a willingness to learn!
* Strong communication skills – you’ll be speaking, listening, and writing with confidence.
* A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

* Comfortable using IT systems and navigating multiple platforms.

Closing date for applications: 14th of April 2025 - Assessment Centre 23rd April at 5pm
Hours: Full time/Part time (minimum of 30 hours per week)
Start date: 30th May 2025 (includes a 4-week training period based in our Exeter office)
