Accountabilities Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation. In this role, you’ll perform requirements gathering, collaborate closely with global development teams, and support user validation processes for securities netting, auto-settlement function, and control functions, all within the context of legacy decommissioning programs in the Securities Settlements domain. To be successful as a Senior Business Analyst, you will need the following: Extensive experience in business analysis, requirements analysis, and functional design, preferably within the Securities Settlements domain in global markets. Proven track record of collaborating with SMEs, operations teams, development managers, and other business stakeholders - both onshore and offshore - to effectively understand and document requirements. Comprehensive knowledge of the markets trade lifecycle, from trade capture to settlements, including expertise in post-trade processes such as trade processing, settlements and clearance, corporate actions, and position management.
