Engineer Scheduler/Coordinator
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £27,000–£30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm

Our client, a thriving company in Uxbridge, is looking for an Engineer Scheduler/Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering efficient scheduling and excellent customer service.
The Role: As an Engineer Scheduler/Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of engineering schedules and workflows. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating teams of fire and electrical engineers.
2. Planning and scheduling engineers' work, ensuring priorities are managed.
3. Booking access and prioritising urgent jobs.
4. Procuring materials needed for site visits.
5. Preparing quotes and managing costings.
6. Updating client portals and maintaining communication with residents.
7. Closing completed jobs on the system and ensuring accuracy.
8. Assisting other departments with administration as required.
Essential Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with the following:
1. Strong geographical knowledge to support effective scheduling.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Experience within the electrical or fire industry.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
5. Ideally, experience with job costings and quote preparation.
