Area to be covered: London & Northern Home Counties
Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 neg + 2% of all sales
Benefits: £500 car allowance + fuel card + standard benefits package
The role of Technical Sales Engineer – Geotechnical & Subsidence Solutions will involve:
1. Technical Sales Manager position selling our clients range of ground support subsidence solutions such as resin injections, micropiles & settled slabs.
2. The majority of your time will be spent selling to residential homeowners.
3. The remaining portion will involve dealing with and selling to large construction companies, ground engineers, civil engineers, loss adjusters, and insurance companies.
4. Projects will include residential homes, schools, roads, infrastructure, airports, historical buildings, etc.
5. Average order value of projects can range from £10k-£25k+.
6. Once up and running, you will be required to generate £750k turnover in the first year.
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Engineer – Geotechnical & Subsidence Solutions with experience in:
1. Construction sales experience in a related background such as civil engineering, structural building products, formwork, falsework, geotechnical, ground engineering, piling, and subsidence.
2. Consideration will be given to a technical building products field sales representative.
3. Civil engineers or structural engineers looking for a step into field sales will also be considered.
4. Ideally, have civil engineering qualifications such as NHBC, OND, HND.
5. A self-starter with a hit-the-ground-running mentality.
