**Senior ICT Officer (Application Support)**
Location: Edinburgh or Falkirk (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £42,109 - £52,636 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Flexible arrangements considered)
### **The Role**
Link is a people-centered, award-winning social enterprise, and we are looking for a **Senior ICT Officer (Application Support)** to join our **Digital Services Applications Support Team**. This role involves working with employees and external partners to support and develop Link’s **Line of Business Systems and integrated products**.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and resolving application support requests.
- Assisting with system upgrades, implementation, and testing.
- Collaborating with Digital Services colleagues and suppliers to maintain system efficiency.
- Providing **1st line support** to external partners when required.
### **About You**
You should have:
- A **degree (SCQF Level 9) in IT** or related field.
- **Significant experience** in an application support role within an **ERP environment**.
- Expertise in supporting multiple **Line of Business systems**.
- Experience with **housing management systems**, preferably in **registered social landlords or local authorities**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop **test scripts**.
