Job Description
As a key member of the Rotrex Onsite team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' height safety equipment is functional, safe, and compliant. This position involves close client engagement, accurately reporting on equipment conditions, and maintaining meticulous records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver servicing, maintenance, and repairs to height safety equipment, including fall arrest systems and safety lines, general routine service/inspection of BMU/Cradles, eyebolts, gantries, and walkways, guardrails, ladders, and general lifting equipment.
* Ensure health and safety regulations and guidelines are followed at all times and comply with British Standards.
* Highlight any further works required following service or reactive works.
* Support other divisions when required.
* Address customer inquiries, offering comprehensive and accurate information to address their queries promptly.
* Report additional works following Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits, providing a transparent overview of the equipment's condition.
* Accurately record all pertinent details during site surveys, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the equipment and any additional requirements.
* Communicate all findings, observations, and project requirements promptly to the line manager for further analysis and action.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations.
* Uphold the company's image by representing it in a professional manner at all times, fostering positive interactions with customers.
* Provide clear and concise reports to customers regarding project progress, ensuring transparency and understanding.
* Facilitate efficient order management by ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately compiled and forwarded to stakeholders in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
* Clean driving license.
* PASMA, IPAF, Safety Harness & Working at height certifications.
* Cradle/BMU experience.
* Experience working with heights.
* Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Engineering knowledge.
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
