The firm are international with presence across the UK, EMEA, APAC and India on a growth journey, specifically in London. The firm are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in London, responsible for their head office in London and global sales teams. A track-record operating in a challenging financial services environment is desired, with proven expertise across employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, training and employment law. Proven HR experience and employment law knowledge operating across the UK and US is a must-have. The role operates on a stand-alone basis in London, with wider support from their global HR team and reporting line into the CPO in APAC. Responsibilities: Act as a true HR Business Partner for all locations and being a key partner to the sales leadership team globally in US, EMEA and Asia. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to the employees and managers. Analyse HR trends and metrics in partnership with global HR teams to develop solutions, programs, and policies Manage full cycle direct recruiting process in across locations to meet the various staffing goals in non-delivery locations, including sales and enablement teams. Implement local talent development programs, including functional, leadership and compliance training Support annual compensation cycles; including oversight of local benefits. Manage and resolve any employee relations issues, including the management of any investigations, and advising and partnering with management in employee disciplinary cases. Plan and execute location specific employee engagement activity. Provide appropriate integration support for any M&A activity. Manage a network of local advisors and contractors to support HR requirements as appropriate. Requirements: 10 years HR experience in fast-paced, financial services environments. Proven experience operating across the UK and US (employment law knowledge of both areas in desired). Experience of managing leadership and sales business partnering will be an added advantage Demonstrated experience in managing complex HR issues, recruitment, CSR initiatives and EE/ER. Analytical and goal oriented. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
