About The Role
Are you passionate about recruitment and creating exceptional candidate experiences? We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Advisor to join our team of advisors based in Walsall. There will be an opportunity to work within our super friendly but very paced high-volume division, playing a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Reporting into the Resourcing Business Partner, you’ll be the driving force ensuring RAC attracts and hires top talent efficiently, working closely with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive, engaging, and professional experience for all candidates, enhancing RAC’s employer brand.
2. Team Collaboration: Partnering with hiring managers and recruitment teams to deliver quality hires and meet recruitment goals.
3. Stakeholder Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive recruitment success.
4. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to refine and innovate recruitment processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Sourcing & Screening: Supporting candidate attraction through various channels, screening applications, and ensuring the right fit for RAC’s roles.
6. Candidate Management: Coordinating interviews, providing timely communication, and ensuring a smooth hiring journey.
7. Recruitment Administration: Managing recruitment documentation, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records in our ATS.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS or recruitment software.
5. Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to confidentiality.
