Entry Level Role - Medical Device Sales

The Role:
* This is a great graduate / entry level opportunity for someone to get into medical sales, with fantastic initial onboarding and training, along with continued development throughout your career.
* Covering a territory that includes a range private and NHS hospital settings in the Northeast and Eastern Region of England.
* Working closely with the senior salespeople and management team to develop yourself in the medical sales industry.
* Completing training, attending various training and CPD events, working towards your ongoing and successful career.
* Contributing to the overall national sales targets by supporting other members of the sales team.
* You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across the designated territory, identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
* You will provide expert product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
* Attending, Regional and National Sales Meetings, along with exhibitions around UK.

* Basic salary: £28k+

The Ideal Person:
* You'll need a BSc or equivalent in a Human Sciences based degree with a 2:1 or above, along with a desire to work in medical sales!
* This role is also ideal for those with some basic medical sales experience who is looking to take a step up.
* Any sales or customer facing experience is desirable, but you must have a natural ability to influence people!
* You’ll need a customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
* It’s vital that you’re self-motivated, interested, and adaptable to a dynamic sales environment.
* You will need a high level of IT skills, comfortable with all MS Office packages, and using bespoke software such as a CRM / reporting system and related digital platforms.
* It's essential that you have an outgoing personality and excellent people skills, they’re vital for this career path.
* You must live in the South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, lower North Yorkshire or Upper East Midlands (or a suitable place in the surrounding area) to be ideally placed for travel throughout the territory
* You will need a full UK driving licence.
* Right to work in the UK essential – no sponsorship available (sorry)
