We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Support Manager to lead administrative operations and ensure smooth organisational efficiency across our client’s organisation.
This candidate will be responsible for implementing administrative policies and procedures across multiple departments and must have relevant line management experience and the strong leadership qualities required to manage and mentor support staff across the organisation, whilst optimising workflows.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience in coordinating resource allocation, managing a team, observing company and industry compliance and administering budget management for a department, alongside a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software is essential.

1. Constant review of support requirements
2. Procedure / policy development
3. Maintain and improve operational efficiency
4. Oversee the workload allocation
5. Compliance
6. Cross departmental resource budgeting and review
7. Recruitment and onboarding
