We are currently recruiting for an Admin Officer for our client based in Belfast.

Rate of pay: £12.59
Duration: 3 months - With possible extension
Location: Goodwood House - Belfast
Hours of work: 8 to 4 or 9 to 5 Monday to Friday as per business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain spreadsheets (Monthly Log, Receipts per Day, Daily Balances) to ensure all bank account receipts are identified and any discrepancies documented
• Record and remit direct credits and lodgements via eForm
• Create and issue Credit Notes
• Complete Receipts Reconciliation at the end of every month ensuring that the bank statement balances match the receipts processed in Oracle.
• Maintain unidentified receipt spreadsheets, send to departments monthly by e-mail
• Maintain effective communication with the Cash Management team; to ensure all receipts are processed accurately to allow bank reconciliations to be completed
• Deal with bounced cheques and inform the Department as quickly as possible
• Assist with the resolution of customer queries by Account
• NI Service Desk within strict target times
• Key and remit receipts in Oracle within 3 days from bank statement date.
• Maintain AR TRIM spreadsheets daily (Monthly Log, Receipts per Day, Daily Balances) to ensure all receipts are recorded and any discrepancies documented.
• Prepare and issue Credit Notes as required, within 3 days of request.
• Ensure all Credit Note request forms are signed by Authorised Approvers.
• Maintain and update Authorised Approver lists as necessary.
• Run the Oracle 'Receipts awaiting remittance report' once all receipts have been processed for the month to ensure all transactions are complete.
• Complete Receipts Reconciliation at the end of every month ensuring that the bank statement balances match the receipts in Oracle.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
* Five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English
* Proof will be required at the first stage of registration. Without this we cannot take your application forward.
* Must complete an Access NI security clearance
