Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Partnership Executive to oversee our Manchester Secondary Desk. This role involves building and maintaining strong partnerships with schools and academies to ensure the effective placement of secondary education staff. It's important to note that this position is not sales-focused; instead, it emphasises service excellence and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders at multi-academy trusts, secondary schools, and colleges in the Manchester area.
Provide an outstanding experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Implement innovative strategies to attract and engage high-quality candidates for secondary education roles.
Conduct interviews for various roles within assigned schools, ensuring a thorough and efficient selection process.
Manage a robust pipeline of candidates for long-term and permanent vacancies.
Regularly visit client sites to strengthen relationships and gain a deep understanding of their staffing needs.
Collaborate with partnership agencies to meet the staffing requirements of schools effectively.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience in account management or recruitment consultancy, preferably within the education sector.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
Confidence and self-motivation to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
Networking capabilities to build and maintain meaningful professional relationships.
