Key Responsibilities:

Manage office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Supervise administrative staff, providing training and support as needed.

Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers.
â
Maintain office supplies inventory, ordering supplies as necessary.
â
Oversee budgeting and financial management for office expenses.
â
Implement and improve office policies and procedures.
â
Facilitate communication between departments and assist with project management.
â
Organise company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled.
â
Dealing with health and safety, sales in the office
Qualifications:
â
Experience in office management or a similar role would be beneficial
â
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
â
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
â
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
