Job Title: Commis Chef – Continental Cuisine (UK)

Eligibility Criteria:
* Must be under 26 years of age
* Must be a graduate
* Need for UKVI IELTS or UKNARIC
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental cuisine dishes following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times in compliance with UK regulations.
* Support the CDP and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and kitchen maintenance.
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
* Monitor and maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients used in food preparation.
* Assist in stock control, inventory management, and kitchen organization to ensure efficient workflow.
* Participate in kitchen cleaning and sanitization tasks, ensuring all equipment and workstations are maintained properly.
* Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling of kitchen equipment and hazardous materials.
* Adapt to menu changes and new culinary techniques, contributing ideas for improvement.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a positive and professional working environment.
