Salary Amount: Up to £41,600 per annum, depending on experience.
On call rota basis, may consist of weekends and nights when required.

You’ll help us make health happen by:
* Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
* Creating and updating individual care plans for our residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records.
* Ensuring adequate staffing is always maintained within the home.
* Providing day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting our residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
* Building lasting relationships with the residents and their families, fostering a sense of community.
* Liaising with local partners to raise the care home’s profile in the local area and beyond.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* Experience of working within a care home environment with a commitment to adhering to CQC standards.
* Understanding the benefits that the right nursing care can bring to residents’ lives.
* An effective communicator who can build strong relationships with residents and their families.
* A natural leader, ready to share clinical experience and promote excellent customer service.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
* A respectful and compassionate team player committed to giving your personal best.
