One of our clients, based in Horsham, Sussex, is looking for a Mortgage and Protection Administrator to join their successful team. The role will be office-based, mainly focusing on protection cases, and offering a competitive benefits package. Responsibilities will include: Organising adviser diaries and booking client meetings Maintaining back office systems Taking charge of the fixed rate renewal process in full, including suitability letters and post-meeting action point letters for clients Writing factfinds, suitability reports and sourcing/placing the mortgage case Supporting clients throughout the planning process, from the first point of contact through updating and answering queries Chasing solicitors, lenders, estate agents to progress cases and providing updates to clients and the planners Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to keep the team informed at all stages of the process Desirable: Experience of working within financial services particularly with mortgages & protection Good GCSE or A Level results Strong numerical and written communication skills Excellent organisational and administration skills, managing multiple advisers' workflows Ability to proactively use initiative to problem solve and anticipate next steps Demonstrable experience of building rapport and interacting with clients effectively A driven individual with a focus on client service and leading a high-performance culture Adaptable to change management plans and advocate business initiatives Confidence and ability to influence senior stakeholders Ability to work autonomously as well as follow directions from managers IT technically proficient, including Office 365
