About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Leader(Head of Sales) to join our executive team. He/She will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing dynamic and targeted sales strategies for each division of the company, and leading the sales and marketing teams. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of success in revenue generation and market expansion.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies tailored to the organization's needs.
* Sales Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships within each division to drive business growth.
* Customer Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in different industries.
* Marketing Oversight: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive and effective campaigns for each division.
* Revenue Operations: Optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and performance.
* Financial Acumen: Work closely with the finance team to forecast revenue and manage the sales budget.
* Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on revenue performance and market trends.
Skills and Competencies:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
* Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive high-performance teams.
* Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal teams.
* Results-driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of BPO and IT services Landscape.
