Forest Care Selection are currently supporting an innovative and national charitable provider of a variety of care and support services for individuals with a physical disability.
This provider has an opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee their Good rated and specialist supported living and residential care service in the Farnham area.
The Registered Manager in Farnham will:
1. Oversee the running of this established service and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
2. Supervise and develop an established staff team.
3. Implement systems and procedures designed to achieve positive outcomes for individuals with a disability.
4. Oversee the financial management of the service.
5. Liaise effectively with all external stakeholders.
The Registered Manager in Farnham will need to have:
1. Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent.
2. Experience of budgetary management.
3. Experience of leading care teams.
4. Excellent communication skills.
