Develop, support, and operate automation, communication, and tracking solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to streamline internal workflows and enhance data management.
Assist RSD Leadership by managing SharePoint Online tools to ensure brand compliance, effective delivery of resources, and gathering of key information.
Maintain and support internal Power Platform solutions, ensuring security, efficiency, and alignment with internal policies.
Provide training and support to teams on using Power Platform and SharePoint Online tools effectively.
Monitor and report on internal technology adoption and ensure compliance with security standards within Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
Qualifications:
Background in managing large-scale international services with experience in delivering Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions across diverse teams, functions, and cultures, while building strong working relationships. Demonstrates alignment with KPMG values and behaviors.
Experience with Power Platform-based automation and SharePoint Online solutions to manage multiple processes and optimize service delivery in a collaborative environment.
Working knowledge of security best practices in relation to Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft products. This includes securing Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online sites.
Proficient in deploying and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online, ensuring integration with security policies and adherence to organizational standards.
Keeps up-to-date with the latest Power Platform and SharePoint Online security features and best practices, ensuring the platforms are securely maintained, validated, and optimized for internal use.
Experience in matrix management environments, working across teams to implement and support Power Platform solutions and SharePoint Online in a secure and scalable manner.
