About the Role As our Key Account Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our client relationships. Your mission? Understand client needs deeply and deliver recruitment solutions tailored to their unique requirements. From sourcing top talent to overseeing onboarding, your role will be diverse, impactful, and key to our success. What You'll Be Doing Recruitment: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, roles, and company culture. Source and recruit the right candidates for a variety of positions, hitting resourcing KPIs. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to match client expectations. Conduct interviews and skill assessments to find the best fit. Ensure smooth candidate registration and onboarding, in line with compliance standards. Deliver client-specific training when required. Client Management: Partner with the Branch Manager to provide outstanding service solutions. Regularly review performance with clients, offering service improvements where needed. Keep clients updated with detailed reports and feedback on recruitment performance. Manage feedback and satisfaction surveys, ensuring we continuously improve. Support temporary workers, providing advice and guidance on performance and absence. Compliance Management: Ensure full adherence to company procedures, health and safety standards, and legal requirements. Perform monthly quality audits to maintain service excellence. What We're Looking For Must-Haves: At least 6 months of experience in account management or recruitment. Strong communication skills across all levels. A stable work history, showcasing reliability. Excellent administrative and IT abilities. Confidence in conducting disciplinary and grievance meetings. Personal Attributes: Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing. Responsible, accountable, and committed to delivering quality service. Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure. A natural relationship builder with excellent problem-solving skills.
