As a HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting each arm of the HR team ensuring accuracy of records and consistency on all levels. You will take a proactive approach to HR projects, tasks and administration. This role is perfect for a HR Administrator who's looking to take the next step in their career Responsibilities include: Maintain accurate personnel records, conduct file audits, and remedy gaps where applicable. Provide first-line advice to employees, line managers, and Heads of Department on employee relations matters. Dealing with day-to-day HR queries related to pay, benefits, and HR policies. Coordinate new starters and leavers, including preparing offers and leaver documentation. Liaise with HODs and supervisors to produce and issue accurate job descriptions. Administer trainee recruitment, including psychometric assessments, assessment centres, and interviews. Coordinate contract changes and implement subsequent system changes. Benefits administration, including researching providers and identifying options for continuous improvement. Support in HR investigations. Preparation of monthly reports on HR metrics. What we need from you: High personal standards of work. Strong IT skills. Minimum of two years HR Experience. CIPD Level 5 preferred but not essential.
