CRM Analyst Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CRM Analyst to join our team at Spinks. As a CRM Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Systems Architect and contributing to the development of our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
* CRM Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our CRM system to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
* Change Management: Collaborate with the Lead Systems and Support Officer to review system change requests and propose effective solutions.
* Solution Implementation: Design and test system configuration changes within the release schedule.
* Third-Party Collaboration: Work closely with third-party developers to ensure proper system support.
* Feature Testing: Participate in defining and testing new features developed by third parties.
Requirements:
* PowerApps and PowerAutomate: 1-3 years of experience with PowerApps.
* Software Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and user testing processes.
* REST APIs: Experience supporting and testing REST APIs.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and raise issues when necessary.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Initiative and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
