It’s a great opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant working in the West Anglia Team. Due to the nature of our work, you’ll live somewhere within 45 minutes travel of Buntingford, Hertfordshire.
As a Maintenance Assistant, you’ll undertake site routines and other duties on plant and equipment to a defined standard, to ensure optimum efficiency and safety. Day to day – you will drive to various sites in a company vehicle to carry out planned preventative maintenance checks, using an iPad to follow instructions for the required planned checks. You will also assist the Fitters as required. On-the-job and formal training will be available for development purposes with future opportunities for progression.

What are the requirements?
We would like your CV to show us you are a safe worker, can follow instructions, and have practical skills for working on various types of plant and equipment. You’ll enjoy working and helping other people in the team. You can use a laptop and iPad and have a full UK driving license. Desirable – Mechanical or Electrical experience.
Pay and Benefits
• A starting salary from £31,973 pa + £1,794 pa Seasonal working allowance + £4,500 pa London Allowance.
• 37 Hours per week Mon – Fri, the weekends are yours.
