Role responsibilities
* Leading the tax team, overseeing both advisory and compliance work

Candidate requirements
* ACA, ACCA, or CTA-qualified with significant tax experience
* Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance requirements
* Proven experience managing a tax team within an accountancy practice
* Ability to provide high-level strategic tax planning advice
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring others
* Excellent client management and business development capabilities
