About the role
As a Residential Service Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in our commitment to providing comprehensive care and support. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Facilitating the delivery of assessed care and support, ensuring that dignity and self-esteem are upheld.
2. Actively engaging individuals in decision-making processes, nurturing their autonomy and empowerment.
3. Managing challenging behaviours to create a nurturing environment that supports individual growth.
4. Encouraging participation in social activities and community engagement to promote holistic well-being.
5. Contributing to care and service planning, attending meetings, and providing valuable insights during care reviews.
6. Upholding confidentiality and recognising the vulnerability of individuals under your care.
