General Cover Teacher (Ad-Hoc Basis)
Location: Secondary Schools Across Nuneaton

We are currently seeking a dedicated General Cover Teacher to join our team and provide support on an ad-hoc basis in secondary schools across Nuneaton. This is an ideal role for individuals who enjoy variety, have strong classroom management skills, and are adaptable to different teaching environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide cover for absent teachers across various subjects and year groups.
Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and adapt to specific class needs as required.
Support students in their learning, ensuring they remain engaged and on-task.
Maintain a high standard of teaching and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Previous experience in teaching or classroom support is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classrooms effectively and deliver high-quality teaching.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently.
A passion for supporting the education and development of young people.
