Apleona is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support its Facilities Management division.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to work on small jobs estimation in our facilities management department. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for estimating costs and delivering projects on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Estimate project costs and timelines
* Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously
What You'll Need:
* Relevant experience in project coordination or a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
