The Role:
We’re seeking a data-savvy Business Analyst to support our upgrades program, transitioning customers to a new platform. You will analyze data, collaborate with stakeholders, and help capture and refine requirements into user stories for our backlog.
* Conduct gap analysis between current and target platforms.
* Work with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to identify gaps and develop strategies for closure.
* Assist during customer migration, partnering with Sales and Support to minimize impact.
* Support business readiness and produce training documentation with Support and Learning teams.
* Coordinate with Engineering and Project Management for smooth migrations.
* Provide support during hypercare/warranty, addressing customer concerns.
* Assess change requests, and develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Define non-functional requirements for upgrades.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define prerequisites and success criteria for migrations.
