About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic team. This role will involve working closely with students who may require additional support to overcome personal, social, or academic challenges. As part of a nurturing environment, you will play a pivotal role in helping these students build confidence, develop key skills, and work towards achieving their potential.
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Previous experience working with secondary-aged students, ideally in an alternative provision or SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) environment.
* Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under the direction of teachers.
* Passion for making a positive impact on young people's lives and learning journeys.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
