As Sales Manager, you'll take on a pivotal role in growing and managing farm accounts. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll: Build relationships with farmers, demonstrating the platform's value Overcome challenges, such as establishing trust with a cautious audience, by showcasing tangible benefits. Leverage tools like Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams to drive client engagement and expand the user base. Manage and mentor two Sales Executives, supporting their professional growth. Attend farming events and conferences to connect with the agricultural community. The ideal candidate will: Have solid B2B sales experience, ideally in account management or new business acquisition.
