In particular, this role requires the successful candidate to assist with the execution of client and operational data stewardship responsibilities on a daily basis.Role ResponsibilitiesExecution of Client and Operational Data stewardship responsibilities on a daily basis, including:Maintaining high quality, clean data by adhering to a strict governance and controls frameworkOwnership and responsibility for the maintenance and change management of allocated individual systemdata by the Team Manager.Maintenance of Legal Entity records within the firmclient databasesEnsure data management compliance within the relevant regulatory frameworkAssisting with Data integration projectsTo support the Team Manager and wider team colleagues with various change initiatives and process enhancements.Where delegated responsibility by the Team Manager; to act as a liaison to, and provide support for, any internal or external audits.Experience \/ CompetencesEssentialMust be either year 1 or year 2 within university.Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, possesses high organisation skills & a proactive approachDemonstrates strong analytical ability and problem solving skillsDemonstrates the ability to work effectively in a high pressure environmentHighly effective written & oral communication skills; adapts communication style to suit audienceShows evidence of being comfortable working in fast paced or pressured environmentsKnowledge in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)DesiredKnowledge of financial marketsPrevious experience in a similar organisationLI-Hybrid LI-ENTNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
