Job Description
3. Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure prompt payment
4. Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities
5. Resolve account discrepancies and invoice disputes
6. Liaise with the sales team to manage credit exposure
7. Conduct credit checks on new customers
8. Prepare monthly credit control reports for management
9. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of credit control strategies
10. Comply with all financial policies and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control Administrator should have:
11. A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
12. Proficiency in relevant accounting software
13. Strong mathematical and analytical skills
